-Shredded pak choi (bok choy)
-Thinly sliced spring onions
-Salad cress or sprouts

Drizzle

Drizzle with a whisked dressing of runny tahini, sweet white miso paste, honey.

Top

Black sesame seeds, chilli flakes, lime juice

      It’s an amazing combo, especially if you want to do roast asian veggies instead of stir-fry. Roast brocoli, peppers, spring onions etc. Serve over rice and pour on sauce with tahini, miso, honey, lime (or any variation!)
