Edamame Scallion and Black Sesame Salad

Toss

-Some frozen edamame beans, blanched in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and refreshed in cold water
-Some spring onions/scallions, chopped diagonally into thin rounds
-Chopped curly kale

Drizzle

Sesame oil, fresh lime juice, sea salt and pepper

Top

Black sesame seeds
